OLD STABLES AND HAYLOFT

The property shares the Postcode with several other houses which is confusing.  However there is a white sign to Laybrook Farmhouse and Old Stables on the roadside.  The detailed descriptions are as follows:

From A272

At Coolham take the B2139 towards Storrington.  After approx. 1.5 miles there is a turning to the left 'Goose Green Lane' that is signposted Ashington.  Take this and the property is 200 metres on the right.  The black electric gates straight ahead is the access.

From A24

At the north end of Ashington there is a large roundabout with a signpost to Billingshurst.  Take this road and after about 1.5 miles you will pass Northwood Forestry on your left and further on a right hand bend.  Laybrook Farmhouse is on the left after that.  The black electric gates straight ahead is the access.

From A29

At Adversane take the signposted road to Ashington.  Go right to the end of the road, where you will find a staggered crossroads.  Turn left and immediately right.  This is Goose Green Lane.  The property is 200 metres on the right.

THE WAGON SHED, Fittleworth, Pulborough West Sussex RH20 1JG

On the A283 towards Petworth you enter the village of Fittleworth passing the 40 mile an hour sign and then the 30 mile an hour sign.  Look out for the Bus Stop sign on the left which is at the entrance to the Studio and the Wagon Shed.  Pull up and stop under the car port.  The Wagon Shed is the stone building ahead on the left.
