The Hayloft

About the Hayloft

This cosy little getaway is accessed from the brick steps outside.  There are firm railings either side of the steps to help you up.  But do note that these historic steps can get slippery in the wet in rain and are quite steep for elderly people to climb.

The Hayloft is a large open space.  There is a separate shower room.

Dining and Sitting Area

There is a table and two chairs and everything you need to hand.  The cutlery, crockery, salt pepper and sugar in the shelving, as well as bowls, tea pot, and caffetiere.

Bedroom area

There is a king size double bed, with two bedside tables with lamps.  There is also a hanging area as well as a chest of drawers, with a mirror over.

Kitchen area

There is a full kitchen here, even though compact.  There is a sink, kettle and toaster on the work surface.  There is a two ring hob with a full size oven under it.  There is also an integrated fridge.  There are pans in a drawer under the oven and cooking implements over the sink.  Everything you need.  Or you could go to the pub!

Shower Room

A separate shower room has a heated towel rail, shower, loo and hand basin with a mirrored cupboard above which has a shaver socket.  You will be provided with towels, bath mat, face flannels, soaps and loo roll for your stay.
